Focusing on Solving Mode in Improving the Application of PCI Surgery Patients with Negative Emotions

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects of focus on solving mode in improving the negative emotions of PCI surgery patients.Method: 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction with PCI surgery were selected in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 as the research object, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, the observation group adopts the model of focus solve psychological care and intervention, the control group was given routine psychological nursing and intervention, the two groups of patients with psychological state was compared by the POMS just scale and SCL-90 symptoms self evaluation scale before intervention and after intervention for 1 week, 2 weeks.Result:After the intervention for 1 week and 2 weeks, each scale score in the observation group were better than the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Used in improvement of PCI surgery patients negative emotions focus on solving model has positive clinical significance.关键词
