清肺止咳丸配合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的研究
Study on Qingfei Zhike Pills Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Cough Variant Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Qingfei Zhike pills with acupoint application on cough variant asthma.Method:120 cases of cough variant asthma patients were selected from January 2013 to Semptember 2014 and were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The treatment group(TP) which were treated by Qingfei Zhike pills combined with acupoint application method and the control group(CP) which were treated by a Chinese patent drug called the capsule of Feilike. One course contained 10 days,the data analyzed statistically after the two groups were being treated for 2 courses.Result: The TP total curative effect and the main symptom scores, LCQ evaluation score and each index score,and small airway ventilation condition were better than that in the CP. There was a significant differences between the two group(P<0.05). Two groups of patients with peripheral blood eosinophilia granulocyte count were improved.Conclusion:Qingfei Zhike pills combined with acupoint application has a better curative effect in treating cough variant asthma.关键词
