Abstract
Objective: To explore the application of paraspinal muscle gap approach for the thoracolumbar fracture patients.Method: 40 patients with thoracolumbar facture were chosen and divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group,20 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given the traditional posterior median approach treatment. The patients in the experimental group were given paraspinal muscle gap approach treatment. Then, the operation results were compared between the two groups.Result: The operation effect of thoracolumbar facture in experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Paraspinal muscle gap approach has a remarkable value for the patients with thoracolumbar facture. It should be applied and spread in the hospitals of different levels.关键词
