摘要
Abstract
With the development of the occurrence of diabetes duration,all sorts of complications ensued,one of them is diabetic nephropathy.It is caused by the body state of sustained high blood sugar,while the DPP-4 inhibitors can reduce glucagon sample peptide-1(GLP-1) degradation,it can improve the body blood sugar state,in order to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.In addition,the DPP-4 in order to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy. In addition,the DPP-4 can also affect other related to diabetic nephropathy of glp-1substrates,for example the BNP, activated protein C,the expression of HCY,et al,all have the protection of the kidney.The DPP-4 inhibitors on the protective effects of diabetic nephropathy,will provide a new direction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.关键词
