早期胃肠内营养在重症脑血管病治疗中的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical value of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe cerebral vascular disease.Method:96 patients with severe cerebral vascular disease were selected and divided into two groups, each contained 48 patients.Treatment group was given enteral nutrition preparation,control group was given parenteral nutrition,biochemical and immunological indexes,and scores of NIHSS and complication rate was compared.Result:All the indexes after 1 day treatment of the two groups had no difference,however,the biochemical index after 21 days of treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group,and the NIHSS scores were all significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can significantly improve the level of nutrition and immune,and decrease the complication rate and deserve to clinical.关键词
