Abstract
Objective:Through the analysis of plasma EBV-DNA quantification in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)in different stages,further confirmed that plasma EBV-DNA quantification in diagnosis and staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and the clinical significance.Method:Using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay in 60 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma peripheral plasma EBV-DNA level.Result:Ⅲ,Ⅳa,Ⅳb NPC EBV-DNA positive rate was 100%;the median copy number was 6.00×103 copies/mL inⅢstage;the median copy number was 15.15×103 copies/mL inⅣa stage;the median copy number was 43.60×103 copies/mL inⅣb+Ⅳc stage. Conclusion:There are obvious differences in different patients with newly diagnosed advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in peripheral plasma EBV-DNA level.关键词
