Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of LCP in Treatment of Distal Tibial Fractures with MIPPO Technology
目的：探讨MIPPO技术结合LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法：对本科2012年1月-2014年1月27例胫骨远端骨折患者的疗效进行回顾性分析。其中开放性骨折10例，闭合性骨折17例，按AO/ASIF分型：A2型6例，A3型10例，C1型3例，C2型1例。结果：27例患者均获随访，时间6~24个月。骨折愈合时间3.5~6个月，无骨折不愈合或延迟愈合，无断钉、断板现象，无感染、皮肤坏死病例。按Johner―Wruhs功能评分法，优19例，良7例，中…查看全部>>
