Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the combined method of LCP in treatment of distal tibial fractures by MIPPO.Method:In our department from 2009 January-2012 January,27 patients of distal tibial fractures were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,8 cases were open fracture,closed fracture were 19 cases,according to AO/ASIF classification,type A2 7 cases,type A3 9 cases,type C1 3 cases,type C2 1 case.Result:27 patients were followed up for 6-24 months.Bone healing time was 3.5-6 months,no nonunion or delayed healing,no broken nails, broken plate phenomenon,without infection,skin necrosis cases.According to Johner scoring system and Wruhs function method,excellent in 19 cases,good in 7 cases,normal in 1 case,poor in 0 case,the excellent and good rate was 96.13%. Conclusion:MIPPO technique combined with fractures,to maximize the protection of the blood supply in the fracture site,reliable fixation,high healing rate,infection of skin and soft tissue necrosis rate is low,early functional exercise,the early part of the loading of LCP in treatment of distal tibial,curative effect.关键词
