摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cyclic method on holistic nursing and improving patient’ satisfaction of Department Hand Surgery.Method:200 patients of hand trauma were randomly divided into control group and observation group(100 patients of hand trauma for each group)by the order of admission. The conventional nursing was given to the patients of hand trauma in control group and PDCA cyclic method on holistic nursing was applied in the observation group. The questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the efficacy of PDCA cyclic method on holistic nursing and the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families between the two groups.Result:The degree of satisfaction of patients of hand trauma and nursing effect in the observation group were superior to the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The PDCA cyclic method applied to the holistic nursing in hand surgery department can improve the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families and promote the overall quality of the nursing care.关键词
