VitalStim吞咽障碍治疗仪在脑卒中后吞咽障碍的应用研究
Study of the Application of VitalStim Swallowing Therapy Instrument in the Treatment of Dysphagia after ;Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of theVitalStim swallowing therapy instrument in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Method:80 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional stroke medcine therapy and basic swallowing function training and feeding training.The observation group was added VitalStim swallowing therapy instrument based on the treatment in control group.The swallowing functional rating,the clinical effect and adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Result:After treatment,the swallowing function of two groups were improved compared with before treatment,the swallowing function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 90%of observation group,better than 72.5%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion:VitalStim swallowing therapy instrument has significantly curative effect in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke,and no adverse reaction.It is worth in clinical application.关键词
