分娩过程中心理干预及疼痛护理对产程进展的影响OA
Influence of Nursing Intervention and Pain on the Childbirth Process
目的：探析分娩过程中心理干预及疼痛护理对产程进展的影响。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2014年1月收治的84例临产妇，均为产道正常、头位、单胎、足月初产妇。按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组，每组42例。观察组进行个体化心理护理及疼痛护理，对照组进行定期听诊胎心、产前会阴备皮、生命体征的监测、产程监护、无菌操作等常规护理，比较两组的产时疼痛、分娩方式、新生儿窒息、产程时间等情况。结果：观察组的产时疼痛程度显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P&l…查看全部>>
