Abstract
Objective:To study the operation and nursing of high pressure injector for the enhanced spiral CT angiography inspection.Method:467 cases with enhanced spiral CT angiography were treated by puncture and injection by high pressure syringe. We would observe the puncture success rate and adverse reactions and put forward specific nursing measures.Result:For the 467 cases with high pressure syringe to enhance spiral CT angiography,463 cases were one-time puncture success and one-time puncture success rate was 99.14%.9 cases leaked in the process of imaging contrast agent push note and the leakage rate was 1.93%.There were no severe complications such as phlebitis and air embolism. Conclusion:The careful preparation for enhanced spiral CT angiography and the proper use of high pressure syringe can strengthen the nursing effect,reduce leakage of contrast material and effectively prevent adverse reactions.关键词
