微创拔牙联合超短波理疗预防下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后肿痛的效果观察OA
Effect Observation of Minimally Invasive Extraction Combined with Ultrashort Wave Therapy Preventive ;Swelling and Pain of Impacted Mandibular Third Molar After Surgery
目的：对微创拔牙联合超短波理疗预防下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后肿痛的效果进行深入探讨和剖析。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2014年9月所接治的拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的患者共96例，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各48例。试验组采取微创拔牙联合超短波理疗法，对照组则使用传统拔牙法，对患者下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后肿痛和伤口愈合情况进行探讨。结果：术后1~3d两组患者肿胀疼痛度差异明显，试验组明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）…查看全部>>
