香菇多糖联合化疗治疗老年结直肠癌患者的临床疗效及安全性研究
Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Lentinan Combined with Chemotherapy in Elderly Patients with Colon-rectum Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Lentinan combined with chemotherapy in elderly patients with colon-rectum cancer.Method: 128 elderly patients with colon-rectum cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were divided into two groups. XELOX or FOLFOX4 chemotherapy combined with Lentinan was administered to the treatment group (n=63), and the control group received chemotherapy only (n=65). Adverse reactions, lymphocytes subsets, NK cells, quality of life and efficacy were compared.Result:(1) The rates of T cells subsets, NK cells were improved in treatment group(P<0.05), but they were significant deceased in control group. (2) The rate of KPS score was significant improved in treatment group(P<0.05). (3) Clinical efficiency in treatment group was no better than that in control group. (4) The treatment-related deaths did not occur in two groups. The common adverse reactions were hematologic toxicity, gastrointestinal toxicity, neurotoxicity in two groups. The rates of adverse reactions in treatment group were significant lower than control group.Conclusion:Lentinan combined chemo-regimen can enhance cellular immune function in patients with colon-rectum cancer, and improve the efficacy of chemotherapy, reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy, and improve quality of life. But whether it can improve long-term survival in colon cancer must further study.关键词
