Abstract
Objective:To explore diagnostic value of nasopharyngoscope combining NMR on changes in disease conditions of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and to look for the most accurate method for the re-examination on patients.Method:80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma upon radiotherapy from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as research subjects, all patients were subjected to indirect nasopharyngeal endoscope+nasopharyngeal NMR (control group) and nasopharyngoscope+nasopharyngeal NMR examination (observation group),the diagnostic value of changes in patients’ conditions was explored.Result:The detection rate of nasopharyngoscope+nasopharyngeal NMR examination on the change total of nasopharynx in patients was significantly higher than that of indirect nasopharyngeal endoscope+nasopharyngeal MRI, and it was better than that of indirect nasopharyngeal endoscope+nasopharyngeal MRI in the nose, sinuses and vocal cord change,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The re-examination of nasopharyngoscope combining nasopharyngeal NMR in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy is capable of effectively providing quantitative and qualitative information cellular level,and sensitively identify conditions of residues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,fibrosis plaque and tumor recurrence, delivering high clinical value.关键词
