Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of non-classical antipsychotic drugs on bone mineral density in male patients with schizophrenia.Method: The bone mineral density between the two groups were determinated with absorptiometry to learn bone mineral density. General situation was surveyed, combined with the general situation to analyze the related factors associated with bone density.Result: The normal BMD values in the case group and the control group was 30.00%, 81.25%, respectively, the osteoporosis in the case group and the control group was 52.50%, 6.25%, respectively. There were significant differences on BMD values between the two groups (P<0.05). There was no difference on age, body mass index between the two groups, there were differences in smoking, milk factors (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the healthy population, the BMD on patients with the long-term use of antipsychotic drug significantly.关键词
