摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of oxiracetam and depside salt from salvia miltiorrhiza combined application in elderly patients with cerebral infarction,and to discuss the rational use of drugs.Method:From March 2012 to March 2013,71 cases of senile cerebral infarction were selected as control group in geriatric medicine department in our hospital.From April 2013 to May 2014,70 cases of senile cerebral infarction neurological were selected as treatment group in geriatric medicine department in our hospital.The control group was given on the basis of Oxiracetam drug treatment, and the treatment group in the control group was given Salvianolate injection, two groups were 14 days for a course of treatment.Result:The treatment group of the patients the neurological deficit scores than the control group improved (P<0.05),occurrence of adverse drug reactions was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:The combined application of Oxiracetam and Salvianolate for senile cerebral infarction patients in convalescent period of good curative effect,which can significantly improve the neural function defect of patients and improve the ability of daily life.关键词
