摘要

Abstract

Objective: To assess effect on ovarian adenocarcinoma cell HO-8910 by gallium nitrate, investigate the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3.Method: The human ovarian cancer cell line HO-8910 was cultured and treated with drugs, expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 was analyzed by Western blot.Result: The expression of Bcl-2 protein was down regulated in gallium nitrate group, cisplatin group and combination group compare with control. Bax and aspase-3 protein was activated in gallium nitrate group and combination group compare with control. Conclusion: Effects of gallium nitrate on human ovarian cancer cells, may be associating with the expression of Bcl-2 levels is decrease, Bax, Caspase are up regulation.
