Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of hemodialysis series blood perfusion in the treatment of uremia,summarized the clinical application value.Method: 40 cases of patients with uremia were selected in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014,according to the double blind method,divided into the experimental group and control group,20 cases in each group.The control group were treated with hemodialysis,the experimental group were treated with hemodialysis series blood perfusion, 4 weeks after treatment,the clinical effect were compared.Result: Compared with the control group, experimental group had better effect to the treatment of patients with uremia, the experimental group after treatment of PTH (parathyroid hormone),and β2-MG (β2-microglobulin) level were respectively(231.6±63.8) ng/L、(4.3±1.8)ug/mL,lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the experimental group sleep,appetite and itchy skin to improved situation were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hemodialysis series blood perfusion for the treatment of patients with uremia is better than that of hemodialysis filtration, tandem therapy is worth further application and popularization.关键词
