Abstract
Objective: To through the detection rate of chronic disease for five years of medical staff in a tertiary comprehensive hospital, analyze the reasons and put forward effective health promotion strategies on the basis of the reasons.Method: The results of health examination of workers from 2009 to 2013 in a tertiary comprehensive hospital of Jiangmen city were used. The χ² test of multiple sample rate was used in the detection rate of disease for significance test analysis.Result: There were statistical differences among the detection rate of gallbladder disease, high blood pressure, blood glucose abnormalities, and fatty liver in five years (P<0.01).Conclusion: Health status of medical personnel is not optimistic, it should draw great attention of the related departments. On the basis of adopting comprehensive measures, emphasizing the comprehensive social forces is very important measure to ensure the medical personnel health promotion.关键词
