摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of Sufentanil post-conditioning on renal injury induced by hepatic ischemia-reperfusion in rats.Method:Fifty-four Wista rats were randomly allocated into three groups(n=18):Sham operation group(S group),hepatic ischemia-reperfusion group(I/R group)and Sufentanil post-conditioning group(SP group).The rats were killed at the same time to obtain the renal tissue and take blood from the heart after hepatic ischemia 1 hour reperfusion for 2,4 and 6 hours,then tested cystatinC(CysC),observed the pathological changes in renal tissue,detected the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins in kindy by immunohistochemistry and the apoptosis index(AI) of the renal cells was observed by Tunel method.Result:Compared with the S group,CysC,AI and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins incresed in I/R group and SP group.Compared with the I/R group,CysC,AI and the expression of Bax protein decresed but the expression of Bcl-2 protein incresed in SP group.Conclusion:The protective effects of Sufentanil post-conditioning on renal injury induced by hepatic ischemia-reperfusion in rats may be related to the decresed expression of Bax protein and the incresed expression of Bcl-2 protein.
