Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the prenatal diagnosis of placenta previa in blood vessel.Method:Maternal doppler ultrasonography data in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were selected and analyzed.The occurrence of vasa previa was analyzed and further diagnosised combine with the clinical operation.Result:There were 28 cases of vasa previa occurred,the incidence was 0.053%in 53186 cases of pregnant women in pregnancy test.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosed 25 cases,the positive rate was 89.29%,3 cases were missed diagnosis. Color doppler ultrasonography in cervical sagittal cervical internal tubular vessels across the top,visible placental cord entrance section,the umbilical cord blood vessels near or across the endocervix,the placental edge was placenta cord entrance.3 cases of missed diagnosis for patients were given ultrasound examination for type B in late pregnancy,vaginal delivery,and fetal death. The merger of velamentous placenta were 17 cases,with vice placenta were 7 cases,4 cases were complicated with placenta extract.Conclusion:Antenatal examination may be useful for diagnosis of placental vasa previa by color Doppler ultrasound,and to achieve a higher diagnosis rate,and can be used as early diagnostic method.关键词
