摘要
Abstract
This article reviews the post competency for clinical nurses at home and abroad from the origin and concept of competency,composition of the nurse competency and nurse competency evaluation.It summarizes the characteristics of competence and analyzes the shortage of the nurse competency concept and the advantages and disadvantages of the nurse post competency assessment tools. Pointed out:The research about nurse competency in China is not yet mature,there is a lack of objective,scientific and effective nurse ability measuring tool.assessment based on national conditions in different level of the nurse post competency is the direction in the future in clinical nurse post competency.关键词
