小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠与泼尼松联合治疗小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效OA
Small Doses of Methyl Prednisolone Sodium Succinate and Prednisone Combined Treatment the Curative Effect of Children Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
目的：观察并分析小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠与泼尼松联合治疗小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎（RMPP）的疗效。方法：选取2013年7月-2014年7月来本院就诊的100例小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎病例，根据随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与观察组各50例，两组均接受基础治疗，观察组同时给予小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠与泼尼松联合治疗，对比两组治疗效果，并对研究结果相关数据作统计学处理。结果：与对照组相比，观察组肺部啰音、咳嗽等症状与体征消失更早，体温恢复时间更早，住院时…查看全部>>
