生长抑素治疗上消化道出血临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of Somatostatin in the treatment of UGB. Method:138 patients with UGB were divided into the observation group(n=69)and the control group(n=69),all the patients were given fasting,inhibiting gastric acid secretion,rehydration,low flow oxygen,blood transfusion and other conventional treatment,the control group were given Pantoprazole based on the conventional treatment,and the observation group were given Somatostatin based on the control group,then the hemostatic time,clinical effects and the adverse reaction were contrasted between the two groups. Result:The hemostatic time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01),the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),but no significantly difference on the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Somatostatin can quickly and effectively stop bleeding,better relieve symptoms and signs in the treatment of patients with UGB,it’s safe and reliable,worthy of promotion.关键词
