丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸与更昔洛韦联合治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Succinic Acid Adenosine Methionine and Ganciclovir Combined Treament Infant Cytomegalovirus Hepatitis

Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Succinic acid adenosine methionine and Ganciclovir combined treatment infant cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis.Method: 66 cases with infant cytomegalovirus hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group contained 35 cases and control group contained 31 cases. The control group was given clear heat cholagogic, protect liver back yellow, vitamin supplements and other conventional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of the control group therapy plus with succinic acid adenosine methionine and Ganciclovir. 2 weeks after treatment, the liver to narrow, the changes of serum bilirubin and CMV overcast of the two groups were observed.Result: 2 weeks after treatment, the two groups in the liver to narrow, reduce serum transaminase and serum bilirubin and CMV turn before the treatment were improved. But the treatment group was better than control group, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Succinic acid adenosine methionine combined with Ganciclovir to treat infant cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis has a good effect, and no obvious adverse reactions.关键词
