摘要

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical results of Su Huang cough capsules combined Aspen in cough variant asthma.Method: 80 patients with cough variant asthma were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2014 ,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by Su Huang cough capsule combined Aspen treatment, the control group was given Aspen treatment,two groups of clinical outcomes, including clinical efficacy, symptoms remission time and disappear time,and changes in lung function were compared.Result: The total effective rate was 85.0% in observation group,and the control group was 62.5%, the total effective observation group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); observation group like remission time and disappear time,and relapse rates were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the changes in lung function in the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,patients eosinophil counts were improved,but the degree of improvement in patients in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical outcomes of Su Huang cough capsule joint Aspen in cough variant asthma has significantly improves symptoms remission and disappear in a faster time, improve patients’ lung function in good condition.
