The Effect of Comprehensive Interventions on the Compliance of Rising the Bed Head of Patients with Mechanical Ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit

Abstract
Objective:To know the effect of comprehensive interventions on the compliance of rising the bed head of patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit.Method:The comprehensive interventions in a tertiary hospital were used to improve the compliance of rising the bed head,then the differences of the compliance of rising the bed head at 4∶00,10∶00,17∶00,23∶00 before and after the intervention were analyzed.Result:The compliance of rising the bed head ≥30° before and after the comprehensive intervention were respectively 70.55%,94.54%, four time points of 4∶00,10∶00,17∶00,23∶00 after intervention respectively was 59.73%,84.09%,67.70% and 68.95%, higher than before intervention of 91.91%,94.76%,94.82% and 96.47%,the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive intervention of rising the bed head in the intensive care unit can improve recognition of the importance of the nurse in the intensive care unit, then improve the compliance of rising the bed head.关键词
