Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical value of spiral CT with high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of atypical acute appendicitisl.Method:To retrospectively analyze the medical records of 50 patients with clinical diagnosis of atypical acute appendicitisl.Before surgery,patients were given spiral CT and high frequency ultrasound examination to surgery-pathology results as the gold standard,the results of the spiral CT and high-frequency ultrasonography were compared and analyzed.Result:Pathological diagnosis:normal appendix 17 cases,33 cases of acute appendicitis(12 cases of edema,cellulitis for 12 cases,9 cases of gangrenous).Spiral CT diagnosis of acute appendicitis atypical sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were significantly higher than those of the high-frequency ultrasound between the two groups,which was statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Spiral CT in acute edema and cellulitis appendicitis diagnosis the correct rate was higher than that of the high-frequency ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);for gangrenous appendicitis,spiral CT were correctly diagnosed with high-frequency ultrasound,the accuracy was 100%,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in the atypical,the spiral CT high-frequency ultrasound advantage.For suspected acute appendicitis in patients with atypical,such as high-frequency ultrasound examination is negative,should further spiral CT scan to confirm the diagnosis.关键词
