Abstract
Clinical practice is an essential part of medical students training process,an important approach to cultivate new era of high-quality talents of medicine. However,in the face of the particularity of the current social transformation,facing the practice teaching of legal environment,cultural environment,social environment,great changes which have taken place in the influence factors in the process of practice is far more than ever before. Therefore, it is necessary to explore various unfavorable factors existing in the practice process,maximize the to ensure the quality of practice teaching,help students to establish clinical thinking,causes the student to apply the correct clinical thinking in clinical practice to accurately collecting medical history,history analysis,observation of condition,comprehensive thinking. Through the system of theoretical study and clinical technical operation training,causes the student to master the disease,reasoning,the ability of disease,diagnosis of diseases.关键词
