Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depression.Method:64 cases of depression were selected in our hospital from July 2011 to April 2013,32 cases were randomly divided into two groups, using conventional nursing,and antidepressant treatment for the control group,on the basis of antidepressant treatment given psychological nursing intervention for the observation group.Result:Control group using conventional care patients’ compliance was 56.25%,while the use of psychological nursing intervention group patients compliance was 87.50%,the difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with two groups at the end of the period of treatment was found that in the control group were treated,the total effective rate was 75.00%group total effective rate of treatment was as high as 96.88%,a significant difference was found in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention has important effect on treatment of depression patients,can improve the patients compliance,improve the treatment effect,worth clinical promotion and application.关键词
