Effect Analysis of Clinical Pathway Used in Recovery Period of Anesthesia to Control the Complications
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical pathway used in recovery period of general anesthesia to control the complications.Method:43 cases of patients after general anesthesia in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the control group and the experimental group.The effect of clinical pathway used in anesthesia recovery period to control the complications and the patient satisfaction was analyzed.Result:The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group( χ2=5.119,P<0.05).And the satisfaction in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(Z=2.093,P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical pathway used in anesthesia recovery period can reduce the incidence and the degree of complications such as respiratory, circulatory and nervous systems and pain,and improve the patients’ satisfaction.关键词
