摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the surgical techniques,complications and clinical significance of ultrasound-guided internal jugular vein implantation of access port(IVAP).To assess the safety and feasibility of the access port. Method:The clinical data 196 cases breast cancer patients who implanted IVAP from January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The success rate of first puncture in this group of patients was 100%,the catheter tip was located between the 4-6 T in the chest radiograph.There were no pneumothorax,hemothorax,arterial puncture,arrhythmia,hematoma,gas embolism and other complications in the patients.5 cases of neck discomfort and a sense of pulling.The catheter into the angle in 1 cases(through the left internal jugular vein),3 cases finded the catheter distort in the injection seat at the connection.No patient removed transfusion port because of complications. Conclusion:Ultrasound-Guided Insertion of Implantable venous access port through Internal jugular vein is safe and effective,simple and feasible,can reduce the pain of patients,improve the patient’s quality of life.So it is worthy of promotion in clinical work.关键词
