摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the risk factors and nursing countermeasures of catheter-associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI)among patients with indwelling catheter.Method:The incidence of CAUTI in 320 patients with indwelling catheter were observed,and its risk factors and nursing countermeasures were explored.Result:Among 320 patients with indwelling catheter,60 cases had CAUTI,the incidence rate was 18.75%.Logistic regression showed the risk factors of CAUTI were age,gender,time of indwelling catheter and bladder irrigation.Conclusion:The incidence rate of CAUTI is still at a high level in patients with indwelling catheter.Nurses must take proper measures to prevent and reduce the incidence of CAUTI.关键词
