Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)using lymphocytes active immunotherapy.Method:80 cases of patients with RSA which were diagnosed by blocking antibody screening were randomly divided into the treatment group(40 patients)and the control group(40 patients).The patients in the treatment group were treated by LIT with peripheral blood lymphocytes,the patients in the control group with traditional miscarriage treatment(progesterone plus hCG),then the pregnancy outcomes were compared.Result:In the treatment group,32 cases of pregnancy were treated successfully,and the success rate was 80%,including 16 patients with full-term delivery(50%),16 cases with late pregnancy,8 cases of abortion.In the control group,there were 16 cases with successful pregnancy,the success rate was 40%,including six cases with term birth(37.5%),10 cases with late pregnancy,24 cases of abortion.By comparison,there was significant difference in the two groups(P<0.01).After immunotherapy,34 patients became positive blocking antibodies,including 29 cases of pregnancy success,a success rate of 85.3%;six cases of blocking antibodies were still negative,two cases with pregnancy success,the success rate was 33.3%,respectively,the difference there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lymphocyte active immunotherapy which is used to treat RSA is safe,effective,and reliable clinical value.关键词
