摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical application effect of caffeine cit rate combined with BiPAP ventilation in treatment of premature infants with apnea.Method:30 cases of apnea of prematurity were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group choose caffeine cit rate treatment,and the observation group choose caffeine cit rate combined with BiPAP ventilation therapy.Result:Total effective rate in the control group was 66.7%;while the total efficiency in the observation group was 93.3%,the clinical therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For apnea of prematurity,application of caffeine citrate combined with BiPAP ventilation therapy with implementation of clinical effect is very significant,which is worth being popularized and used in clinic.关键词
