摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of hypertension patients sinistral amlodipine joint treatment the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablet.Method:140 cases of patients with high blood pressure can be divided into two groups at random,70 cases in each group.Amlodipine group application joint atorvastatin calcium treatment, control group nifedipine retard-20 tablet treatment,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment the blood,heart rate,and the change of quality of life.Result:After treatment,the observation group total effective rate (97.14%)were significantly better than the control group(87.14%),statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Using amlodipine in combination with atorvastatin calcium treatment of high blood pressure,heart rate, blood pressure can obviously improve patients such as indicators,relieve symptoms,improve the patients quality of life, clinical effect is remarkable,is worth popularizing in clinical application.关键词
