早期高压氧治疗112例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后患者的成本效用分析
Cost-utility Analysis of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in 112 Patients with Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To perform a cost-utility analysis of intracranial aneurysms patients who combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment after surgery.Method:From September 2012 to September 2014, data of 112 patients who underwent intracranial aneurysms surgeries and hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBO group) and data of 112 intracranial aneurysms patients who only took traditional treatment (the control group) were collected in our hospital, evaluated by the ability of daily life(ADL) scale.Cost-utility analysis were performed between the two groups.Result:The ADL scale of the two groups both increase after treatment, the ADL scale of HBO group was higher significantly compared to the control group(P<0.01).The cost per QALY of the HBO group was less than the control group, especially for the patients with Hunt-Hess Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade.Conclusion:For aSAH patients underwent intracranial aneurysm surgery, treated with HBO in addition to the traditional treatment, could achieve the maximization use of medical resources, deserves further promotion.关键词
