Clinical Study of the Site Inspection Resources to Improve the Integration of Community Health Overall Strength

Abstract
Objective:To improve the overall strength of community health to promote sustainable development, increase reasonable income, focus on solving community health service centers (hereinafter referred to as community health centers) to carry out site inspection difficult, inconvenient people, improve the quality of medical issues limited. Method:The medical test sites scattered resources to set up its own central laboratory focused on testing, specimen collection sites established, check, storage, transportation, centralized testing, the results of the operation of the system feedback such as a complete package, exploring a fixed pattern.After the election from November 2013 to October 2014 site inspection to detect the number of resource integration and economic income were selected for the study group.Detecting the number and economic integration between income before election as the control group from November 2011 to October 2012, and the differences were observed.In addition, patients and medical staff satisfaction survey after integration, satisfaction surveys, quality of medical care and community health centers to improve the overall strength of the assessment methods were studied.Result:Integration site medical test innovative models to increase resources and reasonable income, quality of care, and physician satisfaction of the people had been greatly improved.After statistical analysis, the two groups were 89.0% satisfaction and 72.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the study group was higher income, single item test of time than the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Social health center integration site dispersed medical laboratory resources can improve community health comprehensive strength of promoting sustainable development, this new mode of operation can increasing the economic income, reduce the individual test cost, significantly improve the satisfaction and the quality of medical treatment, is higher application value.关键词
