在过去的30年中，我国糖尿病患病率明显增长，2型糖尿病患者常伴随高血糖、肥胖和血脂异常等其他多种心血管危险要素，这些因素综合作用可直接促进动脉粥样硬化和心血管疾病的发生、发展，严重影响患者身心健康，是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。超重和肥胖人群明显增加，已成为中国糖尿病患病原因之一。肥胖和糖尿病大血管病变的发生有密切的关系，其中脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪细胞因子有可能是连接二者的纽带。近年来发现的脂肪细胞因子Chemerin，可通过多种途径参与糖脂代谢途径。…查看全部>>
