水胶体敷料联合湿热敷预防PICC机械性静脉炎的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Hydrocolloid Dressing with Wet Heat Compression in Preventing Mechanical Phlebitis of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of hydrocolloid dressing with wet heat compression in preventing mechanical phlebitis of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC). Method:135 patients were randomly divided into three groups,experimental group 1(45 cases),experimental group 2(45 cases),and control group(45 cases). The experimental group 1 used hydrocolloid dressing after PICC for 7 days,received wet heat compression after 24 hours,had been covered for 7 days(30 min/times,2 times/d). The experimental group 2 received wet heat compression after 24 hours,had been covered for 7 days(30 min/times,2 times/d). The control group received routine nursing. Result:The incidence of phlebitis in the experimental group 1 was significantly lower than that in the experimental group 2 and control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Hydrocolloid dressing with wet heat compression can prevent mechanical phlebitis of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).关键词
