Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl two kinds of anesthesia in elderly patients in operation. Method:To select randomly 76 elderly patients in our hospital in 2012 June-2013 April during the period of hospitalization,and randomly divide them into the observation group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases), the observation group with remifentanil intravenous anesthesia,the control group were treated by fentanyl intravenous anesthesia. To comparatively analyze anesthesia effect of two groups of patients. Result:The observation group and the control group patients were performed after induction of anesthesia,the blood pressure and heart rate were lower than those before anesthesia induction. The blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in observation group did not increase after intubation and skin incision,but increased after induction. The blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in control group increased after intubation and skin incision,but it was compared with the end of extubation,the change was not significant. Patients in the observation group compared with the control group of patients,the spontaneous breathing recovery time and extubation time and anesthesia room time was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Remifentanil and fentanyl for anesthesia in elderly patients during the operation,the anesthetic effect of remifentanil is evidently better than fentanyl and remifentanil,less impact on the patient’s body,get the clinical promotion.关键词
