痛风性关节炎急性期两种外治法的临床疗效比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study clinical therapeutic effect of the two types of external treatment in patients with acute gouty arthritis. Method:Based on the data and treatment of the diagnosis and treatment of 80 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis,the patients were divided into two groups. one is control group whose joint outside were washed by gout detergent,and the other group is test group whose joint outside were apply Heat dispersion.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Result:The total efficiency of test group 95% was higher than that of control group 85%(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of test group 95%was higher than that of control group 65%(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of test groupis 2.5%after 4 weeks,and will increase to 5%after 12 weeks. these data is lower than that of the control group.Serum uric acid level of test group was(409.34±56.01)μmol/L,(345.06±40.57)μmol/L, (310.84±44.75)μmol/L in 1,4,12 weeks. These data was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Gouty arthritis in clinical disease incidence rate is high,clinical use of heat arthralgia scattered ideal external joint lesion effect,is worthy to be popularized.关键词
