追踪方法学在呼吸内科危重疾病患者护理全过程中的应用研究
Application Research of Tracking Methodology in Respiratory Medicine the Whole Nursing Patients with Severe Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the case tracking methodology in the patient care in acute respiratory diseases. Method:The case tracking method was adopted, 60 ward patients with severe disease were selected from January 2012 to December 2014,combined with specific cases, accorded to the nursing process of article 14, by means of critically ill patients with a full range of tracked and analyzed,a real critical patients’ nursing problems in the whole process was discovered,and quality improvement was continued.Result:Through rounds, could improved the nurse clinical thinking, development of nursing profession level improved, patients got better care, patient satisfaction was improved, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tracking methodology applied in the critically ill disease cases nursing ward round,can cultivate and improve comprehensive clinical nursing ability,critical illness patients get better care,reduce complications, reduce the hospitalization days,and obtain good social benefits.关键词
