摘要
Abstract
Objective:To treat limbs long tubular bone fracture patients with bone external fixation,and to observe and evaluate the clinical effect nursing.Method:160 limbs patients with long tubular bone fracture who were treated with bone external fixation method were selected , divided them into 80 cases of the control group and the experimental group of 80 cases.The control group used implemented department of orthopedics routine care, the experimental group was carried systematic nursing mode, did one-year follow-up of patients,compared the prognosis and complication as well as patients’self care awareness scores of patients with two kinds of nursing mode.Result:Compared to experimental group, control group’s self care awareness scores was significantly improved,the incidence of complications decreased significantly(P<0.05),the comparison of the results with statistical significance.Conclusion:For limbs longtubular bone fracture patients treated with bone external fixation,systematic nursing has significant advantages, it makes patient’s prognosis more ideal and the clinical efficacy has improved significantly.关键词
