Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing method and effect of the bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation treating advanced age chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combine with type II respiratory failure patients.Method:30 cases of advanced age acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) combine with type II respiratory failure patients were selected in our departments from June 2012 to September 2014,and were retrospective analyzed,they all used the clinical nursing method of BiPAP noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation.Result:Used BiPAP noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation and comprehensive nursing care to treat the advanced age AECOPD,the patients’ heart rate,breathing, SpO2,blood gas indexes had obvious improvement.Conclusion:Using the BiPAP noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation and comprehensive nursing care to treat the advanced age AECOPD can improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
