精准肝切除在肝内胆管结石中的应用探讨
Application of Precise Liver Resection Method in Hepatolithiasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of precise liver resection method in hepatolithiasis. Method:86 cases with hepatolithus underwent hepatectomy from Octomber 2012 to December 2014 were reviewed retrospectively.Result:Operative time was (242±42.2)min, blood loss was (312±64.3)mL, hospital stay was (16.4±4.2)d, among the patients, 2 cases of bile leakage, 1 case infection of the wound,5 case of pleural effusion,all patients were cured.The time following-up activities were 1 to 24 months,2 cases of recurrence stones.Conclusion:Precise liver resection method is an effective treatment for choledochotomy with a low rate of complications and recurrent stone,it is worth of clinical application.关键词
