摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of VSD combined with burn surgical technology for the treatment of large area of skin avulsion injury.Method:13 patients with large area of skin avulsion injury were included in our department from September 2012 to October 2014.According to the characteristic of injury condition were treated in emergency surgical debridement,the VSD combined with burn surgical technology,open wound granulation tissue were cultured,skin graft and transferb of skin flap.The length of healig, physical appearance,function recovery were observed. Result:The wound of 13 patients were cured satisfactorily with little scar by VSD combined with burn surgical technology, their function had been trained to its maximum potential.Conclusion:The methods of VSD combined with burn surgical technology for the treatment of large area of skin avulsion injury is an effective treatment.It is worth popularizing in basic-level hospitals.关键词
