妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制水平对母婴结局的影响分析OA
The Effect of Blood Glucose Control for Maternal and Child Outcomes of Gestational Diabetes Patients
目的：探讨血糖控制对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产后母婴结局的影响。方法：选取2013年4月-2014年8月确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者80例，均采用血糖控制的方法对其进行干预治疗，根据治疗结果，将血糖控制满意的40例患者标记为观察1组，另40例血糖控制不满意的患者标记为观察2组，同时取同期所有指标正常的40例妊娠期妇女为对照组，将各组产妇及其新生儿的观察指标进行对比分析。结果：在妊娠期高血压疾病和胎膜早破的发生情况的比较中，观察2组与另两组比较差异有统计学意义…查看全部>>
