摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss pregnancy outcomes influence of in late pregnancy combined with latent infection of HPV.Method:46 cases who in late pregnancy combined with latent infection of HPV were selected as the observation group in our hospital from February 2008 to April 2014,which 50 cases of pregnant woman were selected as the control group.The situation that the research object of the both groups who vaginal pH and vaginal flora,and observe the situation that pregnancy outcomes of the both groups were observed.Result:The difference of vaginal pH and bacterial vaginosis in the two groups had statistical significance(χ2= 6.89, 12.17,P<0.05).The premature rupture of membranes, puerperal infection, fetal distress, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistical significance (χ2=6.56, 4.39, 9.09, 6.72,P<0.05). Conclusion:Pregnancy late HPV latent infections could cause adverse influence on pregnancy outcome, which should give effective treatment.关键词
