摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the related factor analysis of different treatment way effect and affecting curative effect of no fracture dislocation type spinal injury.Method:127 cases of patients with no fracture dislocation type cervical spinal cord injury in department of orthopedics of our hospital were selected from January 2011 to June 2013.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group (73 cases of operation treatment) and control group (54 cases of conservative treatment).The treatment effect of all the patients were used JOA scoring judgement,the injury time to operation time,spinal cord function after injury and follow-up results were recorded.Result:JOA improvement rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and four factors of influencing the curative effect were got by Logistic regression analysis,these were:the spinal cord function after injury was Ⅰ degree,the injury time to operation time,whether to have recovery training and treatment method.Conclusion:No fracture dislocation cervical spinal cord injury application of operation,its treatment effect is better than conservative treatment,timely treatment and postoperative recovery training can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
